At Bear House India, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion essentials don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can initiate a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your Order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your registered address within 48-72 hours.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
